Our Refund Policy
At FioreSole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Tops, Pants, and Skirts. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- In the original packaging.
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to customer misuse, or that do not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Any intimate apparel or bodysuits.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
The Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping (for non-error returns) will be deducted from your refund total.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
