5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and final clearance products may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
